ADA is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This statement (together with our General Terms and Conditions) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from and about you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We will collect and process the following data about you:
Information you give us
This is information about you that you give us by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes the information you supply us with when you engage us to provide Security, RFID and other related services. The information you give us may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, systems/services provided, financial and credit card information etc.
Information we collect about you
Depending on the circumstances, we might also obtain personal data about you from other sources such as public registers, government and regulatory authorities, business partners, financial and insurance advisors, service providers, etc.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal information. However, if you do not, we might not be able to carry out the services you have requested of us.
WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA
We process your data in order to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject, to perform the services you have requested of us or to take steps at your request prior to undertaking to provide services for you. We do this because you have consented to our processing of your data or for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as to inform you of changes to our services or to provide you with information about other services we offer.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We may share your information with agents, contractors or partners of ADA in connection with services that these individuals or entities perform for ADA. These include but are not limited to providers of monitoring stations services, NSAI Company & Auditors PSA, third party experts and accountants.
We may disclose or share your data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our General Terms and Conditions.
Our agents, contractors or partners are restricted from using your data in any way other than to provide services for ADA, or services for the collaboration in which they and ADA are engaged. ADA requires that all such agents, contractors or partners enter into contractual guarantees to observe security and privacy obligations as least as stringent as those set forth in this privacy statement.
DATA SECURITY
We take our data security responsibilities seriously, employing the most appropriate physical and technical measures, including staff training and awareness. We are NSAI and PSA certification and review our data security measures and procedures regularly.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information by means of the internet, including through e-mail, is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to or from us by means of e-mail and any such transmission is at your own risk.
DATA RETENTION
It is our aim to only hold your data for as long as this is necessary. Unless otherwise required under applicable law, we store your data for as long as we provide services to you and for a period of no less than six years beginning on the date we archive your file. We may delete some your information before this if we determine there no legal or business reason to hold it.
MARKETING
We may contact you by mail, email and telephone about our services and other events involving or relating to ADA which may be of interest to you. You have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We might store your information in different places. Physical files are stored in our office and our archives. Electronic files are stored on our secure servers and in the cloud. We may transfer your data and store it at an alternative destination. Whenever we transfer your data in such a way, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. You may contact us via e-mail, letter or telephone in case you wish to find out more or to obtain a copy of the appropriate safeguards.

5. Who Has Access To Your Data
If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.
If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:
- Our system administrators.
- Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
6. Third Party Access to Your Data

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. Security Measures
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

General Rights
If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.
You can also request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address).
If you wish that all of your data is erased, we will no longer be able to offer any support or other product-related services to you.
